Really fascinating video. Please watch the first five minutes or so before you dismiss it as “boring” or “too long”, the video is actually quite entertaining and very educational. Robert Sapolsky isn’t just a brainiac, he’s also an extremely funny guy.

Yesterday I got a supplement delivery containing three tubs of DS Craze, which is a pre-workout supplement that’s touted as the next big thing now that DMAA is getting a lot of flak (which is totally stupid in my opinion but that’s another story). I have read a lot of good reviews of DS Craze and I had really big expectations on the product. That’s why I ordered three tubs without having tried it.

Yesterday, I took two scoops of DS Craze. You’re supposed to start with only one scoop to asses your tolerance and I’ve heard about people that can’t handle two. Still I decided to start with the full dose, don’t know why.

The first 30 minutes I felt nothing at all. I started to believe that the effectiveness of DS Craze was all hype, alternatively that I’m a non-responder. I even started to google “DS Craze non-responder” and I actually felt a bit disappointed. :/

Approximately one hour after my two scoop intake it dawned upon me that I was feeling quite alert and in a good mood. I’m not sure if this had anything to do with DS Craze but it sure looks promising. I’m going to give DS Craze another go today, at full dose, and see if I have a similar experience as yesterday.
