“The Jungle Prescription is a documentary film that introduces ayahuasca and its encounter with the West – through the story of two doctors, their patients, a team of scientists, and a group of indigenous shamans.”
Dr Masaru Emoto has conducted a very strange but interesting experiment on the “power of words”. The experiment has been repeated by other people, check out their results: Rice experiment day 147 & Day 42 of the rice experiment. Things that make you go hmmm…
This is an awesome piano cover of Metallica’s “Welcome home (Sanitarium)”, which is one of my favorite Metallica songs. The girl playing the piano, I think her name is Viktoria Yermolyeva. She also does an amazing cover of Call of Ktulu.

He shows why mind is more fundamental than matter, and the the key to this shift is the revolution in our understanding of the light.”
Part one of “Hamilton and the philosopher’s stone”. Part two and three will play automatically. In this video Hamilton Morris, from “Hamilton’s Pharmacopeia”, visits Amsterdam and explores psychedelic truffles. Very interesting stuff in my opinion.

Full range vs quarter squats - Influence of squatting depth on jumping performance
I’ve been pretty inconsistent with my food intake the last month or so but I’ve, more or less, stuck to my intermittent fasting eating habits. I’ve eaten a lot of “goodies” that I really shouldn’t eat but it doesn’t seem to have affected my body composition in a too negative way. I’m still in pretty decent shape and I’ve actually had some minor increases in strength. This is one of the most positive aspects of IF in my opinion, you can eat a bit of “garbage” (or whatever I should call it) and still remain in good shape.
Picture taken this morning, after a “rough night”. I didn’t get to bed until 04.30 this morning but at least I had a very nice time. Today it’s time to clean up my act a bit, I’m going to relax and get some rest. I’ll also try to eat some broccoli or something.
