This is one of my favorite diet dessert recipes!
- Mix 2 dl banana chocolate flavored casein protein (or any type of chocolate flavored casein
) with low fat milk.
- Pour the mix/mush in a bowl.
- Garnish with banana slices.
- Put the bowl in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes and let it thicken.
- Stuff your face.
For the experienced pastry chef, try to put banana slices inside of the mix/mush. If you’re feeling extra indulgent, you could sprinkle some Nesquik on top.
